Presentation format: PPT.doc or PPT.docx.
MAC-compatible presentation.
Please take steps to compress any videos.
Slides should be concise and readable; avoid lengthy text.
AV Set up
Basic AV setup will be provided.
Check audio/video 24 hours before presentation.
Upload presentation 3 days before traveling.
Upload Instructions
Use registered email to upload slides.
You can also email your presentation.
Presentations will be preloaded in session rooms.
Naming format: first name_last name.
Upload at Venue
Upload 3 days before or use USB at venue.
USB will be scanned before use.
Presentation will be removed after session.
PC to Mac Compatibility
Use proper file extensions (.PPTX, .PPSX).
Keep media files in same folder.
Use AVI or MPEG formats.
